...for missing HR monitor, am pretty sure I didn't destroy it in a fit of rage after last run (see previous blog) but couldn't find it without waking the house this morning. Anyone who knows its whereabouts can have a half used pot of vaseline, free of hair of any type.
Nice easy 6 this morning, including warm up and cool down. Wasn't sure if was going to make it without a little stop as guts are a little bad, should really start taking wet wipes out as there are plenty of bushes to hide in on my routes, ended up running with gritted teeth when going past the beach but when I found the Discovery Centre was shut the feeling passed thankfully. Too much information?
