Good run this morning I warmed up after an intial bit of stiffness and found myself having to hold back a fair bit to stick near the RW suggested pace. Actually never know whether to stick to the pace or do what am comfortable with, maybe really should start HR training.
Didn't feel as cold this morning but then Laura made me dress up like in that episode of Friends where Chandler wears all of Ross' clothes. Also spent much of the run fantasizing about the hot steaming bowl of porridge I was going to have when I got home. Not sure if this couple were so warm though.
Hot bath with Jack Kerouac's 'On the Road' now.
