Good Times...

After Wednesday's depressing pace last night was a completely different kettle of fish. Where did that kettle of fish saying come from? Answers on a salmon shaped postcard. Bloody ridiculous really isn't it.

Tropical (above freezing) conditions - Loving it
6 miles @ 8.33 pace - Loving it
No ice or snow - Loving it
Back in Wave Inspire - Loving it
Spaghetti Bolognese - Loving it
My tutor group - 5 out of 6 isn't bad...
