Very late doing the 5 miles tonight because Laura had to do a spot of overtime. Could hardly move for sad drunk Welsh people. Urge to hum 'Swing low' as I went past them was very strong. Got to hand it to them though theydont do half measures when it comes to getting behind their country, can't seem to remember the English being so patriotic to a man when I was growing up, not even for the football?
Heres hoping Laura is not late tomorrow night, dont fancy going out at 2130 for a 15 miler...
