..on a high note.
Nice strong long slow run. After a couple of days off due to niggles and fatigue was worried that I may still be struggling today. You know, were they just aches due to the heavy workload or the start of something more sinister? Well I am pretty sure now they weren't the worse of the two possibilities.
Also working in my favour is that next week is a gentle(ish) (44 miles) recovery week so am not running again until Tuesday night by which time I should be fully rested and ready for a strong February.Bring it on....
